Mini Golf Spot 'Subpar' to open at Ghirardelli Square

A miniature indoor golf course is coming to Ghirardelli Square in the spring of 2018!

Popular Alameda put-put spot Subpar is expanding and adding a San Francisco-themed, 18-hole course at the former chocolate factory.

The course will depict various city landmarks at each hole, including the Golden Gate Bridge, the Ferry Building, and Ghirardelli Square.

The site of the new mini golf course boasts 6,000 square feet of play space, with an additional 1,000 square feet outside for seating and a bocce ball court and an array of California wines and craft beers.
