The Tuscan Hotel at 425 Northpoint Street is currently undergoing a $16-million-dollar renovation and rebranding and will be launched as Hotel Zoe Fisherman’s Wharf this summer. Hotel Zoe will join Pebblebrook Hotel Trust's "unofficial Z collection" including hotels Zetta, Zephyr, Zeplin and Zelos. The collection is "thoughtfully designed to engage guests and capture the essence of the many personalities of San Francisco" CEO John Bortz of Pebblebrook said in a statement.
Managed by Noble House Hotels & Resorts and owned by Pebblebrook Hotel Trust, the 221-guestroom hotel will have a contemporary design. The property has new guestrooms with subtle yacht-inspired furnishings. It features a redesigned lobby and full-service bar, Bar Zoe. The hotel restored its event and meeting space, which now has modern decor and sleek fixtures. Hotel Zoe Fisherman’s Wharf also has an artisan-styled outdoor courtyard with fireplaces and communal seating.
Hotel Zoe will start taking reservations in April, with rates starting at $250 per night.
